New Line Homes, the speculative building division of Rothers, Inc., began in 2019 out of a desire to provide more choice in design for buyers wishing to build a new home. Many new homes being built in our market today tend to be very similar in layout, design, material choices and finishes. While this makes sense for builders, it drastically limits what is available to the average, mid-range buyer looking for a new home. We are providing superior, contemporary designs and choices to satisfy the desire for something new. These homes are unique with a nod to mid-century modern design that has proven timeless, and for good reason.
