ROTHERS Design/Build is an innovative architecture and general contracting firm with expertise in traditional, residential construction techniques as well as in numerous sustainable design and alternative construction methods.

Our Approach
While ROTHERS Design/Build is primarily a residential contractor, we are different than most home builders in that we are owned by an architect and have architects on staff. We build the cabinets for our projects in our own woodshop and craft the finish carpentry with our own carpenters. This comprehensive approach gives us a better ability to guide our clients through a project from concept to completion and to deliver high quality and truly unique homes.
