Fairway Cottage Addition

A unique cottage was expanded and updated with a new addition at the rear of the house. The new addition includes a formal dining room, a first floor bedroom and bath, as well as an expansion of the existing master suite on the second floor. Further modifications were made to the existing living room and family room with the installation of built-in bookcases in each room to frame the TV and to provide additional storage.
