Bridge House

Situated on a difficult hillside lot with an existing 30 foot easement bisecting the property, this new mid-century-modern-inspired house features a detached garage with connecting covered bridge that spans both the easement and a small creek that runs through the site. The house is 2,875 square feet and contains four bedrooms and four bathrooms on two floors. Exposed wood beams support the soaring roof planes while a stone base and stone fireplace anchor the building to the ground. The design of the house takes advantage of the unique site with an abundance of large windows that provide natural daylight into the house and capture the spectacular views of the surrounding wooded terrain, all while maintaining the homeowners' privacy.
